You will oversee digital marketing campaigns, manage creative projects, produce high-quality content, and lead a team to bring our brand vision to life.

Responsibilities :
- Project & Team Management: Lead and manage a team of creatives, ensuring efficient collaboration, resource allocation, and timely completion of projects.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels like social media, SEO, and email to drive brand growth and engagement.
- Content Creation: Oversee and contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns, aligned with brand goals.
- Creative Direction: Guide the creative process, working closely with the team to develop visually engaging designs and multimedia content.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to align project goals, timelines, and creative direction.
- Team Development: Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in creative project management, digital marketing, content creation, and team management.
- Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team with strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Google Analytics).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
